Eurotunnel High Speed 1, UK

High Speed 1 (HS1) is a (68 mi) high-speed railway travelling up to 186mph between United Kingdom and Continental Europe to carry domestic and international passenger traffic. The (HS1) project encompassed multi-disciplined railways systems and supporting tunnels & civils infrastructure.

Members of the team acted as Independent Assessment Body for technical, safety and security, safety management system modifications holistically for the whole project v-lifecycle enabling the Eurotunnel to receive safety authorisation and certificates from the Intergovernmental Commission (IGC).
