Modern Residential Design

The world of design is tilting a bit further toward the modern side of the spectrum these times. The modern-minimalist crusade has come a long way from blunt, cold interiors many related with the appearance, making way for a much more functional visual that proves you can still have warmth and luxury without all the mess.

Modern in interior design is recognizable by its fresh, simple interiors using materials such as wood, leather, teak, and linen. Furniture is very open and raised off the floor permitting airy feeling. Walls are often white adding to the expansive feeling. Modern interiors generally have bare floors and if area rugs are used, they are typically wool, and neutral in colour.

Residential Interiors are – ALWAYS – personal. There is a reason why these kinds of development often require so many revisions.
